Spinning is a stationary cycle-based workout session based around high-intensity interval training, primarily utilizing the largest muscles of your body the gluteus maximus and the quadriceps. If you’re looking for a great way to burn calories by the bucketful and develop your cardio, this is it. Classes take place in our air-conditioned studio, where participants will find 32 cutting-edge Brand X Cyber Cycles hooked up to a central dataframe recording every facet of their performance from BPM to BMI, allowing them to review after each session, refocus their goals, and reach their full potential
Meet Your Guide
Instructor Johnny Fitness studied Exercise and Health Physiology at the University of Calgary, graduating in 2013. He believes spin training is pound-for-pound the most time-efficient method of losing weight. When he’s not in the gym, Johnny can be found on the river casting a line, learning the piano, or going for hikes with his dog Boomer.
