As the largest sporting and fitness facility in western Canada, we offer a multi-discipline environment where teams and individuals from beginners to professionals can thrive. The Chief Jim Starlight Centre stands waiting to host local, national or international gatherings and events – the shining result of our forebears’ vision of a meeting place to connect communities.
Arenas
Two indoor NHL regulation size ice rinks with capacity for spectators, a third covered outdoor rink for scrimmages, and the only jumbotron in Calgary outside of the Saddledome.
Chief Jim Starlight Centre
Honouring Chief Jim Starlight, the centre is a 45,000 square foot pillar-free field house that can be used for indoor sports or as an event space.
The Energy of Others
Our air-conditioned fitness centre stands at 6,500 square feet and is equipped with a range of cutting-edge strength and cardiovascular apparatus. Alongside this, our multi-purpose studio is 2,300 square feet and hosts a variety of group classes. However you’re looking to hone your body, there’s something for everyone, at every level.
